- Patch Perfect came out to fix two long cracks in my living room ceiling back in November of 2019. Houston and David did a great job fixing those cracks. - Brad and his work are great! I had to have my upstairs shower replaced due to some bad contractor work done several years prior and so I needed someone to come out and redo the drywall around the shower. Brad was super responsive and was able to provide me a quote on the phone with some pictures. He was then out the first thing the next day and was done within a few hours. He was extremely professional and friendly. He even fixed an issue where the plumbers did not screw the shower into the studs and let me know about it. He made sure everything was back the way it was and even made sure to scrub the floor after he was done. I've had a lot of work done over the last few weeks/months and Brad was by far the fastest and most professional person I've had in my house. I had some pretty scary water damage on the ceiling of a refinished attic space: they were able to quote it, tear out the old, replace insulation, treat for mold, install new drywall at pro level - and even match the texture of the ceiling really well - all in a few hours, same day! - Patch Perfect Demoed two plaster ceilings for us in our 1920's home and put up new drywall/painted ceilings. They did a great job. They were very careful to cover all the floor to and from the area being demoed and did a good job leveling out the ceiling where it was difficult due to uneven old ceiling joists. - I had an issue with drywall joints which lead to cracking on my wall. After getting three “drywall professionals” to try to simply throw on mud layer upon layer without much resolution, I searched on Google for drywall professionals and came across this company. After speaking to Brad and sending him a picture of the wall, he told me what he thought the issue was, and that he’d send a couple of guys out to look it at, and they would be able to complete the work that day if I were willing. The two guys came out earlier than the scheduled time and were polite and informative throughout the entire process. After agreeing on a price, they completed the work by the end of the day. The end result looked great and they even cleaned up after themselves, including mopping the floor and staircase. The appointment was scheduled very quickly, and on the day of the appointment they arrived early and provided an estimate to repair the drywall in nearly all of my 5'x5' bathroom. - Completed the trim for a second floor tub to walk in shower conversion as well as first floor bathroom ceiling repair (second floor drain re-alignment). - These guys are Great! We had two large squares of our drywall cut out due to some foam insulation we had installed. They showed up the same day I called and had the holes patched and ready for paint in only a matter of a few hours. The guys were even careful to make sure they cut back the drywall enough to allow for the new drywall to be properly hung on studs. Wow! smooth walls and they cleaned up after themselves! - Brad and his team came today to address several issues in my home. They took care of an extremely dated mirrored wall and I am quite certain it will transform my master bathroom, once I paint it. - Brad and his crew were extremely polite and professional. Don't be scared away by all the tattoos and that fact that he is the size of a football player. He was very punctual and showed up exactly when he said he would. The finished product looked incredible and was silky smooth. Plus it only took about 90 minutes to complete. Be careful, he accepts credit cards but charges 3%%. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the price was much more than I expected. I had a fairly simple project that was roughly 2 feet by 4 feet that needed replaced. - Amazing job!! I had a sizable hole that went through two walls and needed repair and all I can say is Brad is the master of drywall repair. Both sides were repaired and looked better than the original installed drywall. In addition, very minimal mess and if there was any mess they cleaned as they went. In other words, never a mess. Plus they do not sand, so no sandy residue floating throughout the home. Get this...they asked if they could even Bona our hardwood where the repair was completed to clean up any residue. There was no need and I call that going above and beyond and their attention to quality of work. Lastly, Brad was very responsive in his communication. I never had to wait for a call back or call him. He always kept me informed of his schedule and timing for repair. - I had a large door frame that had been torn out and needed the drywall above it repaired. I also had several small holes in the walls where things had been mounted and removed over the years.
